Humera uses the GGT CAD system which enables precision pattern making & producing efficient cut markers resulting in higher fabric utilization. It uses a centralized cutting unit equipped with latest cutting machines & teamed with the expert staff that is well versed with the latest cutting techniques. We have 11 Cutting Tables which daily outcome is 25000 pcs / Day. Efficient Quality Control staff strictly follows the standards to maintain the requisite quality in cutting department we are strictly follows all quality measures & some of the basics like Shade band checking before issuing Lots, Panel checking 100% after cutting, 1 pc Numbering sticker which enables operator to join each part of product easily.
